Lubrilite Replacement Rollers

Our Bel-Air Black Lubrilite replacement rollers are constructed from one of the most advanced technological plastics available. This patented material, impregnated with synthetic lubricant, was developed to replace bearings in hard-to-maintain areas.

Each section of our Bel-Air Black Lubrilite rollers is produced to exacting tolerances. Our shafts are manufactured from one of the hardest stainless steels available today.

Since our roller sections actually serve as bearings as well, our rollers are comprised of more than 20 bearings per roller (therefore eliminating scalping due to bearing failure). By using a material with a synthetic lubricant mixed into it, we have developed the first and only fully self-lubricating roller. These rollers are not only maintenance-free, but also eliminate the risk of grease contamination to fine turf areas.

The segmented design of the rollers provides a differentiating action while making turns during clean-up passes. This also reduces stress on all mainframe bushings, thereby extending their life. Our lightweight rollers are also less stressful to the turf due to reduced compaction.

By using stainless steel shafts, all corrosion factors are virtually eliminated from the roller. Should any sections ever need replacement, it should only take a few minutes to remove the lock collar and replace the section.
